📋 Description

• Act as the lead responsible for the architectural design of the Salesforce solution • Define architecture for Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Digital Engagement and Experience Cloud • Support decisions related to single org, security, permissions and logical segregation • Design integrations with systems such as Talkdesk, AWS, Helix, Jira, SAP, RPA, B3 GPT and IAM • Guide the data model, Case Management, automations and SLA definitions • Serve as a technical reference for the development and consulting teams • Ensure adherence to best practices for scalability, security and governance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect in enterprise projects • Knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Digital Engagement • Experience with integrations and APIs (REST, events, etc.) • Knowledge of security and governance in Salesforce • Experience with Apex and Triggers • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) • Experience with tools and integrations such as Ab Initio (Continuous Flows) • Experience in complex corporate environments with multiple integrated systems
