• We are seeking a professional to support and evolve the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, driving continuous improvements, automations, and governance of the environment to ensure efficiency and alignment with business needs.
• Support and evolve Salesforce Sales Cloud • Develop and maintain automations using Flow Builder (and Process Builder – legacy) • Create and adjust objects, fields, layouts, and validation rules • Assist with functional and technical documentation • Perform impact analysis on existing customizations • Ensure usability best practices and platform governance • Work on bug fixes and continuous improvements (bug fixing and enhancements) • Develop new solutions and automations according to business requirements • Salesforce Sales Cloud technical knowledge: Pipeline, Leads, Lead Conversion, Opportunities, Opportunity Team, Account, among others • Flow Builder: Screen Flow and Record-Triggered Flow • Security Model: Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules • Salesforce data modeling (basic) • Custom Metadata Types • Custom Labels • Creation of reports and dashboards • Basic knowledge of Apex development (Triggers) and LWC/Aura • Basic knowledge of integrations (APIs, JSON, technical documentation) • Experience with highly customized orgs • Knowledge of environment governance (DevOps, CI/CD, version control).
