📋 Description

• Your primary responsibilities are driving success and customer acquisition for Smaragd, our leading AI-powered compliance suite that helps financial institutions and regulated companies combat financial crime, mitigate risk, and meet evolving regulatory requirements — quickly and accurately. • You actively acquire new clients and manage the proposal processes with a focus on Germany and Austria, and you also support selected international projects. • You lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams to successfully win and deliver client engagements. • You support the market positioning of our software solutions and our expertise in AML, compliance, data & AI as core competencies of GFT. • You contribute to trend research and the identification of future topics, especially in the banking, insurance and industrial sectors.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience successfully selling complex solutions to new clients in German-speaking countries, particularly within banking, insurance and/or industrial sectors. • Strong self-motivation and a proactive drive to advance new initiatives. • University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in a field such as Computer Science or Business Administration. • Confident handling of stakeholders and senior client management. • Excellent internal and external networking skills. • Very good German and English language skills.
