📋 Description

• Design, development and maintenance of scalable solutions that adhere to platform best practices. • Participation in the implementation and configuration of processes for the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. • Development and customization of applications using App Engine. • System integrations using REST and SOAP.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced development on the ServiceNow platform. • Configuration, customization and evolution of processes related to the CSM module. • Application development using App Engine, including scoped applications. • Building integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. • Performance optimization and troubleshooting of scripts, workflows and integrations. • Ensuring data security through proper implementation of ACLs. • Participation in the definition of technical solutions, code reviews and platform governance. • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements.
