📋 Description

• Dar apoio na implementação, sustentação e evolução das soluções de segurança e risco ServiceNow; • Prestar suporte técnico básico na implementação e configuração de soluções de software ou infraestrutura; • Executar testes simples em sistemas e aplicações para garantir funcionamento conforme o esperado; • Auxiliar na documentação de processos, requisitos técnicos e configurações realizadas.

🎯 Requirements

• Ensino superior em andamento ou completo em Sistemas da Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas afins; • 2 anos de experiência na função ou área; • Conhecimento em Javascript; • Conhecimento em Integrações com ferramentas de segurança.
