📋 Description

• Create, configure, and maintain automated tests using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF); • Plan and execute functional, regression, and integration tests in the FSO module; • Ensure the quality and stability of ServiceNow solutions before releases and upgrades; • Collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams to validate requirements and test scenarios; • Analyze defects and incidents, document results, and follow up on fixes through to resolution; • Prepare and deliver test demonstrations and presentations to clients in English; • Support the definition of automation strategies, test plans, and continuous improvement of QA processes; • Participate in meetings with international clients and stakeholders, ensuring technical alignment;

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with ServiceNow, preferably in the FSO module; • Proficient with the Automated Test Framework (ATF) for test automation; • Knowledge of functional, integration, and regression testing; • Ability to analyze logs, identify failures, and propose solutions; • Fluent English for communication with international clients; • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); • Experience with test management tools (Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or similar);
