📋 Description

• Act strategically in the management of Compensation and Benefits, ensuring a balance between market competitiveness, internal equity, and the organization’s financial sustainability; • Lead and develop job and salary practices, including structuring, reviewing, and governing compensation models; • Directly manage personnel budgeting, monitoring and controlling payroll and benefits costs, and support financial planning through scenario analyses and projections; • Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area, turning data into insights that support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvements; • Responsible for developing and maintaining career paths, ensuring clarity of professional progression, alignment with organizational strategy, and support for talent development; • Ensure a balance between cost control and the attractiveness of the employee value proposition; • Design and evolve scalable career models aligned with the business; • Increase the area’s analytical maturity through data and metrics; influence leadership in strategic compensation and organizational structure decisions; • Keep practices up to date with market trends and organizational changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; • Advanced/Fluent English; • Experience building and managing personnel budgets (payroll and HR expenses); • Experience managing and maintaining salary tables and job structures; • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies; • Knowledge of Protheus (TOTVS) is a strong advantage.
