📋 Description

• Build and manage short-term market demand, ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing sales results; • Monitor product availability daily, making agile and strategic decisions to ensure demand fulfillment; • Act as the focal point with the sales team, ensuring smooth routines, alignment, and support for field operations; • Extract, consolidate, and analyze data (SAP, Qlik Sense and other systems), generating actionable insights; • Lead and participate in S&OP (short-term) meetings, influencing decisions and contributing analytical and market perspectives; • Support the development of long-term demand planning, actively participating in strategic discussions; • Propose structured and sustainable solutions, working collaboratively with operations to continuously improve the region’s service level.

🎯 Requirements

• Required education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, a STEM field, or a related area. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; • SAP; • Power BI; • Conflict management skills; • Strong analytical ability; • Critical thinking.
