📋 Description

• Serve as the key leader and authority on SSR-Coil Sales on behalf of the Shelter organization • Work in close collaboration with Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing, IT and other essential functions to translate the strategic opportunity into business outcomes • Responsible for setting a clear vision and strategy, as well as driving cross-functional execution • Develop and lead the activation of the SSR-Coil Sales plan seeing it from inception through to execution • Own the financial performance of our Pole Barn business • Work to create and implement the digital roadmap, manufacturing capabilities/needs and pricing/product positioning

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building materials, construction products, post-frame construction, pole barns, metal roofing, or related industries • Experience in business development, project management, estimating, inside sales, outside sales, operations, or vendor management • Strong understanding of building materials and construction-related products • Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and distribution networks preferred • Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and prioritize competing responsibilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel • Ability to travel up to 40%
