• Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards & HR Operations, responsible for ensuring pay practices are equitable, market competitive, compliant, and aligned with compensation philosophy. • Lead design, governance, administration, and improvement of compensation programs. • Serve as strategic compensation advisor to executives and HR leaders. • Develop and manage compensation programs including base pay, annual incentive plans, long-term incentive programs, etc. • Partner with executive leadership to develop executive compensation analyses and presentations. • Conduct market analysis and salary survey participation. • Champion data-driven decision making through analytics and reporting. • Own and administer severance programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field • 8+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 4 years leading a high-performing team • Strong knowledge of compensation and human resources practices, processes, and standards • Experience in a matrixed business undergoing transformation • CCP designation preferred • Advanced proficiency with analytical tools and software packages
