• New customer acquisition & growth: You identify market opportunities, build sustainable customer relationships, and strengthen our presence with international accounts. • Key Account Management: You take responsibility for strategically important customers, negotiate at decision-maker level, and establish long-term partnerships. • Mentor & role model: With your sales expertise you inspire colleagues, share best practices, support important deals, and help the entire team achieve its targets. • Market insight & collaboration: You stay close to the market, spot trends early, and actively contribute your insights to our product and marketing strategy. Together with the executive team you shape the further development of our company.
• Several years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with international experience • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Ability to motivate others by example and to excite them about our vision • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken • Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for actively driving growth.
