📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned partner accounts. • Drive premium growth, partner engagement, and market expansion across assigned relationships. • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency principals, brokers, producers, and partner leadership teams. • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. • Identify opportunities for increased adoption, cross-sell, and expanded product utilization. • Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to ensure high-quality partner support and issue resolution. • Monitor partner performance metrics including production, submission growth, engagement, and retention. • Conduct training, education, and enablement sessions for partner teams. • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce. • Partner with Marketing, Product, Insurance, and Revenue Operations teams to support partner growth initiatives. • Identify at-risk partners and develop action plans to improve engagement and retention. • Represent Coterie at industry and partner events as needed. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and proactive relationship management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales, partner management, or agency distribution. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and partner expansion. • Experience working with independent agents, brokers, aggregators, or embedded insurance platforms preferred. • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales engagement tools. • Experience managing strategic relationships and business planning initiatives.
