📋 Description

• Lead, direct, and manage the cross-functional technology delivery team • Handle all the operational aspects of software development to deliver business and project objectives • Establish and cultivate relationships with business contacts to identify needs & generate and implement solutions • Champion engineering and operational excellence, establishing metrics and processes for assessment and improvements • Act as a bridge between other functional areas and departments such as Product, Operations, Data, Finance, and Security

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required • 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and a minimum of 4+ years of management experience • Six or more years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams • Experience working in an agile environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
