📋 Description

• Design and develop effective learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps for customers and partners. • Use core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning and produce impactful results. • Generate scripts, storyboards, and prototypes of training content to be reviewed and approved by key stakeholders. • Leverage various multimedia approaches and authoring tools to create interactive online learning experiences. • Create and update curriculum to be delivered in multiple modalities including online, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training. • Ensure course materials meet quality standards and align with writing and style guidelines. • Effectively own content development projects and collaborate with SMEs, curriculum managers and other internal stakeholders, as well as ILT content delivery teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of curriculum management, learning experience, and/or instructional design experience in a corporate training environment. SaaS experience preferred. • 2+ years of experience in adult learning, organizational development, or professional training programs. • BA or BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, or another relevant field. • Strong understanding of instructional design process, knowledge transfer methods, curriculum, and taxonomy. • Experience with a variety of applications (Microsoft Office) and authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia). • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information and convert it into easily understandable and engaging learning content. • Demonstrated ability to assess learning needs and develop media-rich, engaging, and high-impact learning solutions. • Strong organizational and project management skills with a sense of ownership and the ability to successfully execute on deliverables. • Excellent internal relationship-building skills and ability to drive effective communication, collaboration, and commitment across disparate groups with competing priorities. • Outstanding writing and editing skills, and attention to detail.
