📋 Description

• Independently prepare written responses to RFXs, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, IT/Security Surveys, and General Questionnaires • Respond to RFXs containing hundreds of detailed functional and technical questions across more than 15 applications • Support a full-service and self-service Proposal and RFX Desk for Coupa's global sales organization • Lead internal reviews and coordinate preparation of RFX responses • Provide comprehensive writing support for client deliverables • Prioritize RFXs and balance high workloads with short deadlines and fast turnaround times • Collaborate with account representatives, executives, legal, finance, sales operations, product management, marketing, and engineers • Create proposal strategies and win plans

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Business Spend Management industry experience in proposal, consulting, analyst, or presales roles • Functional knowledge of Business Spend Management applications • Technical knowledge of SaaS/cloud computing • Independent learner and self-starter • Excellent written and editing skills; English required • Project coordination skills • Technical and business writing skills, including whitepapers, proposals, and competitive responses • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
