📋 Description

• Prepare existing knowledge systems for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Certify data sources prior to IT development • Convert complex human-readable formats into clean, standard formats • Enforce Golden Data standards • Establish reporting to identify "data rot" • Act as a strategic liaison to the enterprise Data, AI, & Analytics organization

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years having led large-scale content auditing, deduplication, and migration initiatives • Designed and implemented metadata frameworks, taxonomy structures, and relational data models • Applied deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) • Administered and optimized enterprise knowledge management platforms including Confluence and Highspot • Established and enforced data governance standards, taxonomy conventions, and content quality controls • Utilized a critical "Red Team" approach to evaluate data quality
