📋 Description

• Architect, build, and maintain highly scalable, secure, and automated CI/CD pipelines for an enterprise Kubernetes ecosystem • Drive adoption of GitOps methodologies such as ArgoCD or Flux • Optimize pipeline performance and build times by eliminating bottlenecks and manual release-process intervention • Integrate security scanning, quality gates, and observability into deployment pipelines • Collaborate with Platform and Software Engineering teams on application and container-infrastructure integration • Mentor engineers on DevOps best practices, CI/CD architecture, and GitOps paradigms • Architect and optimize the CI/CD ecosystem supporting Coupa’s containerized infrastructure and 140+ Kubernetes clusters • Design automated, secure, frictionless deployment pathways that accelerate release velocity while maintaining security and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and managing enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines for microservices, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions • Deep expertise in GitOps deployment strategies and tooling such as ArgoCD or similar within Kubernetes • Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js or Python, Go, and Bash • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Strong understanding of containerization with Docker and containerd • Experience with Kubernetes deployment manifests using Helm and Kustomize • Experience integrating security and compliance checks into automated pipelines (DevSecOps) • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to drive architectural consensus across engineering teams
