📋 Description

• Lead the design and evolution of platform capabilities and engineering standards • Create and improve reusable deployment and infrastructure patterns for development teams • Support end-to-end software delivery processes, from code to production • Collaborate with Security, Architecture, QA, and Operations teams on shared platform solutions • Drive automation and self-service capabilities that simplify developers’ daily work • Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency • Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across teams • Contribute to the platform roadmap and identify areas for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms, AWS preferred • Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and GitOps practices • Experience building and operating platform solutions used by multiple development teams • Good understanding of CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native technologies • Experience working with managed services • Experience designing reliable, scalable systems and supporting production environments • Familiarity with observability and monitoring practices • Understanding of security fundamentals in cloud and Kubernetes environments • Understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Go for debugging production services with developers • Ability to collaborate across engineering teams and provide technical guidance • Strong communication skills • Fluent English • Nice to have: experience in Platform Engineering or Developer Platform teams • Nice to have: knowledge of Azure and/or GCP • Nice to have: experience with SLOs, SLIs, and reliability engineering practices • Nice to have: experience with AI-assisted software development workflows • Nice to have: experience using AI tools in day-to-day work
