📋 Description

• Maintain accurate client, policy, and billing records in Coverdash's Admin (AMS) system • Manage and resolve client-related requests through the ticketing system • Process and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) • Support policy lifecycle activities including applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations • Coordinate with insurance carriers to retrieve documents, process changes, and complete endorsement quoting • Complete daily carrier downloads and keep records current • Handle billing notices and payment follow-ups • Resolve carrier payment issues • Collaborate with U.S.-based Service and Sales team members • Support client policy access, payments, and modifications through Coverdash's platform

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or administrative roles • Strong attention to detail and high data accuracy • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken • Comfortable working across multiple systems, tools, and online platforms • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Proactive, reliable, and accountable • Comfortable working independently and collaborating with international colleagues across time zones • Experience with U.S. commercial insurance products or carrier portals is nice to have • Familiarity with AMS, ticketing systems, or billing platforms such as Ascend is nice to have • Previous experience supporting U.S.-based teams or clients is nice to have
