📋 Description
• Manage day-to-day collections workflows in the CRM and ERP, including statuses, triggers, automated sequences, communication templates, and task routing. • Execute collections strategy through overdue-account segmentation, contact cadence, escalation paths, settlement rules, and payment-plan rules. • Document process gaps and improvement ideas and pass clear requirements to the development team for review and prioritization. • Conduct regular reviews of overdue portfolios, prioritize recovery efforts, and report progress to senior management. • Collaborate with Customer Support and Operations to reduce friction in payment and recovery processes. • Escalate to third-party agencies or law enforcement when asset recovery or dispute resolution requires it.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in B2C collections, support, operations, or a relevant field. • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. • Comfortable working within a CRM or ERP, including managing statuses, workflows, and task routing. • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar. • Fluent in English at C1 level. • Availability to work during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours. • Russian is an advantage, not a requirement.
