📋 Description

• Design high-converting print/digital marketing collateral, brand assets, and custom Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, including advanced templates, custom layouts, and animations • Handle end-to-end video post-production, including editing, color grading, basic motion graphics, and animations for social platforms, digital media, and live events • Edit, clean, and mix voiceovers, soundtrack audio, and sound effects for video projects and live event media assets • Design staging visuals, build run-of-show multimedia assets, and assist with basic scripting and storyboarding for live leadership events • Enforce brand consistency across visual touchpoints • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver creative briefs on deadline • Own the visual and multimedia lifecycle from concept to execution across digital platforms, print, live event media, and video production

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in a dedicated multimedia, creative design, or agency role • Must submit a comprehensive digital portfolio showcasing static graphic design, advanced Microsoft PowerPoint presentation design, and video editing/motion graphics samples • Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and digital audio workstations (DAW) / audio editing tools • Advanced mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint • Strong foundational understanding of video shooting setups, lighting, and professional audio recording • Able to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) aligned with the US Pacific Time Zone • Adaptable in fast-paced environments, highly receptive to creative feedback, proactive, and deeply collaborative
