📋 Description

• Nurture prospective clients and follow up with warm leads • Build an organic, highly engaged community presence • Manage daily social media engagement across brand platforms • Respond to comments and direct messages in a warm, authentic voice • Manage incoming email inquiries and executive scheduling • Attend team/client syncs and record detailed meeting notes • Translate discussions into actionable follow-up task lists • Handle recurring operational reminders and administrative tasks • Process billing and invoices • Support digital marketing execution and service-business operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketing Assistant for service-based businesses • Prior experience supporting a photographer, creative studio, or client-facing service brand strongly preferred • Outstanding written English for client-facing emails, warm lead outreach, and social engagement • Exceptionally detail-oriented and autonomous • Ability to track tasks, anticipate next steps, and work without micromanagement • Comfortable using modern AI platforms, with Claude preferred or Gemini • Prior experience working one-on-one with a female founder or creative executive • Reliable communication and consistent weekly execution
