📋 Description

• Own the full execution pipeline for digital marketing initiatives, bridging strategy and daily implementation • Follow up with leads and build a structured roadmap for long-term lead cultivation • Maintain engaging and accurate social media channels • Respond to comments, direct messages, and inbound emails in a polished tone • Maintain and organize the marketing CRM, including contacts, pipelines, and interaction records • Draft, edit, and repurpose newsletter and social media content • Use Claude AI to streamline workflows, draft high-converting copy, and improve operational speed • Work closely with executive leadership to support and scale the core marketing engine

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing with strategic thinking and creative execution • High level of self-direction and ownership of deliverables • Fluent in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook • Comfortable creating graphics with Canva • Direct experience with at least one major project management platform: Asana, ClickUp, or Notion • Exceptional written English skills • Sharp attention to detail • Must be based in the Philippines • Ability to work US timezone • Availability for 20 hours per week
