📋 Description

• Be the Credentialing Champion! Manage the full cycle of credentialing for our physicians, including state licenses, hospital privileges, and payer enrollments. • Organize Like a Pro! Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all licensing and training information is up-to-date and easily accessible. • Support Your Team! Provide assistance to colleagues and contribute to a positive, service-oriented atmosphere. • Embrace Technology! Use our credentialing software (QGenda) and document storage systems (eBridge) to streamline processes and maintain organization. • Communicate with Flair! Interact with physicians and external contacts with a friendly and professional demeanor.

🎯 Requirements

• A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required. • 1-2 years of experience in the medical field, particularly in physician credentialing and payer enrollment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook). • A self-starter attitude with excellent organizational and project management skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills—you’re the bridge between our team and our physicians!
