📋 Description
• Drive aftermarket growth across Turkey and the Middle East through the sale of spare parts, field services, maintenance agreements, retrofit projects, and equipment upgrades • Develop strategic regional account plans aligned with customer needs and CPM's global aftermarket strategy • Identify customer opportunities and recommend solutions improving equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency • Manage strategic customer relationships and grow CPM's installed equipment base • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations on CPM's aftermarket offerings • Collaborate with Capital Sales, Service, Engineering, and Back Office teams to develop customer-focused solutions • Support troubleshooting activities alongside Field Service teams • Maintain pipelines, forecasting, customer visit reports, and opportunities within Salesforce • Monitor market developments and identify regional growth opportunities • Travel extensively throughout the territory to support customers and business development initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Process or Engineering) • 3+ years in the aftermarket space, preferably with mechanical machines, or in animal feed, biomass, or waste recycling industries • Proven experience in the Jordanian, Egyptian, or Middle Eastern markets • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels • Self-starter with a track record in technical solution sales • Willingness to travel extensively (50%) • Fluent in Turkish and English; Arabic is a plus • Residing in Turkey, Jordan, Egypt, or the Middle East
