• Be the overarching relation with employee benefits brokers/agencies while continuously growing broker headcount by effectively presenting our PEO value proposition. • Establish new broker relationships in existing and new markets by effectively presenting our National PEO solutions. • Prospect, contact, develop relationships and market to new agents/brokers. • Work with agents/brokers to develop revenue growth strategies focused on increased sales activity and expanded understanding of CRC Benefits' specialized services. • Utilize internal systems (Salesforce, Teams, etc.) for activity tracking and metrics. • Effectively market to agents/brokers, encouraging them to let CRC Benefits assist with their PEO business. • Provide “just in time” sales expertise to maximize results. • Develop strategies with targeted agencies to drive technology adoption to assure the elimination of manual processes.
• 3+ years’ experience in a related PEO health insurance/employee benefits sales role • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required • Active Life & Health License is required • In-depth knowledge of PEO and group insurance products preferably attained through working in a PEO insurance marketing or selling role • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange; proficient in web browsers, specifically Google Chrome.
