• Drive revenue growth by developing new business within targeted industrial markets • Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement teams • Identify opportunities for component repair, coating, grinding, and refurbishment services • Evaluate customer requirements, drawings, and specifications to define scope and recommend solutions • Lead the quoting and negotiation process for complex, high-value jobs • Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure technical alignment, execution success, and customer satisfaction • Maintain a strong field presence through regular customer visits and industry engagement • Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
• Experience supporting critical equipment within oil & gas, power generation, and heavy industrial markets • Experience in industrial service sales and customer support • Proven high-performing sales presence within the assigned region • Demonstrated track record of achieving customer satisfaction and profitable sales growth • Ability to identify business opportunities and effectively communicate them within RMS • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR Equivalent years of outside sales experience within industrial services, machining, or manufacturing environments • Strong technical background in rotating equipment, coatings, machining, or repair services • Proven track record of developing new business and closing complex deals • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications • Established industry relationships within oil & gas, power generation, or related sectors preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Self-directed, accountable, and results-oriented
• Full-time position with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week; additional hours, evenings, or weekends may be required based on project demands • Ability to participate in company random or customer-specific drug and alcohol screenings and background checks
