âą Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and research âą Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships âą Understand client needs and promptly address any issues or concerns âą Present and demonstrate Creative Chaos products and services to potential clients âą Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of services for clients âą Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts âą Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities âą Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas âą Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
âą Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field âą 2-4 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role âą Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts âą Strong communication and interpersonal skills âą Ability to understand client needs and identify appropriate solutions âą Self-motivated and results-driven with strong negotiation skills âą Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite âą Strong organizational and time management skills âą Familiarity with digital marketing and branding is a plus
