• Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet internal and client requirements. • Conduct in-depth data work to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, supporting strategic decision-making. • Manage and execute data projects, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and clarity in data outputs. • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and client teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable solutions. • Perform data audits, validation, and quality control tasks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. • Provide thoughtful feedback on tools and recommend improvements to enhance usability and user experience. • Communicate insights, project statuses, and recommendations clearly and professionally to international clients and teams.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or similar roles. • Advanced proficiency in SQL and GraphQL; experience with data querying, manipulation, and database management. • Demonstrated ability in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio). • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. • English proficiency (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and considerately across diverse audiences. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for complex data analysis and manipulation.
