📋 Description

• Drives Data Strategy, Governance, and Standards • Connects Business Needs to Technical Execution • Leads Strategic Data Analysis and Insight Generation • Manages Delivery, Risk, and Execution Quality • Establishes Data Quality, Process Improvement, and Operational Excellence • Enables Business Adoption and Value Realization • Operates as a Staff-Level Leader and Trusted Advisor • Supports Advanced Data Capabilities and Future Innovation • Maintains Accountability and Compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 5+ years; experience in Business Analyst or related role • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Experience mentoring less senior team members in a Business Analysts role. • Proven experience in designing and implementing technology enabled solutions. • Experience in helping develop and maintain processes that define best practices for gathering requirements, designing and prototyping, User Acceptance Testing, and implementing multiple medium to large scale projects. • Business Process Reengineering experience in Finance Industry • Experience leading 2+ end-to-end project implementations as a BA • Basic knowledge of web technology • You will maintain a deep and comprehensive understanding of the system. • Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines
