âą As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by cultivating and expanding relationships with clients. âą Conduct effective sales calls and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of the product or service. âą Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their businesses, challenges, and goals. âą Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential as viable business opportunities. âą Track and manage sales opportunities using CRM software. âą Employ strong negotiation skills to create win-win situations and close deals. âą Collaborate closely with the success team, marketing team, and other relevant stakeholders. âą Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
âą At least 2 years experience as a Business Development Representative or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment. âą Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. âą Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders and to effectively articulate complex concepts in a simple and concise manner. âą Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. âą Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and sales activities. âą Ability to quickly understand customer needs and tailor the sales approach accordingly. âą Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. âą Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
