📋 Description

• Conduct effective sales calls and product demonstrations to highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions. • Build and maintain strong prospect and client relationships. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing business fit, pain points, budget, and buying intent. • Manage and track opportunities using CRM tools. • Use strong negotiation skills to drive win-win agreements. • Partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have end-to-end sales experience — from lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, to closing business. • Must have strong experience in the B2B market, preferably selling to SMBs, mid-market, or enterprise accounts. • Good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are required. • Must have experience handling enterprise accounts or large corporate clients in previous roles. • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar quota-carrying sales role. • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate complex concepts simply and compellingly. • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing pipelines and activities. • Ability to understand customer pain points and tailor the sales approach accordingly. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
