📋 Description

‱ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships within the real estate sector. ‱ Manage client requirements through accurate completion and tracking of MRFs and SRFs. ‱ Build and maintain long-term relationships with property developers, investors, and clients. ‱ Conduct market research to uncover growth areas, trends, and competitive opportunities. ‱ Present and promote real estate products and services to potential clients. ‱ Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines, and follow up on all leads and marketing campaigns. ‱ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and documentation are handled efficiently. ‱ Stay informed on real estate market trends and recommend strategies for continued business growth.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate industry. ‱ Strong understanding of MRF and SRF documentation and processes. ‱ Excellent English communication skills (neutral to native accent). ‱ Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills in B2B and B2C environments. ‱ Comfortable with cold calling and virtual client presentations. ‱ Proficient in CRM systems, lead generation, and LinkedIn outreach. ‱ Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising strategies. ‱ Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
