âą Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships within the real estate sector. âą Manage client requirements through accurate completion and tracking of MRFs and SRFs. âą Build and maintain long-term relationships with property developers, investors, and clients. âą Conduct market research to uncover growth areas, trends, and competitive opportunities. âą Present and promote real estate products and services to potential clients. âą Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines, and follow up on all leads and marketing campaigns. âą Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and documentation are handled efficiently. âą Stay informed on real estate market trends and recommend strategies for continued business growth.
âą Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate industry. âą Strong understanding of MRF and SRF documentation and processes. âą Excellent English communication skills (neutral to native accent). âą Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills in B2B and B2C environments. âą Comfortable with cold calling and virtual client presentations. âą Proficient in CRM systems, lead generation, and LinkedIn outreach. âą Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising strategies. âą Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
