📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families. • Handle patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience. • Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care as needed. • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and insurance verification. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. • Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working with patients or in a medical practice setting. • Demonstrated proficiency in handling patient interactions over the phone or making calls on behalf of doctors. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • An empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes preferred. • Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
