📋 Description

• Support the broker with end-to-end loan processing for residential and commercial mortgages. • Manage the loan pipeline from initial application through to settlement. • Liaise directly with clients to collect required documentation and provide updates. • Communicate with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth processing. • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including MyCrm, Infinity, Mercury or Similar • Experience with Apply Online • Experience with Trello or similar project management tools • Assist in workflow management and task tracking. • Contribute to process improvements and help establish best practices as the team grows. • Train and mentor future loan processing staff members as the business expands.

🎯 Requirements

• Australian mortgage broker experience (not just banks or lenders). • Proven ability to process loans end-to-end. Documentation Verification, Application Processing, Lender Submission. Lender Follow-Up • Confident in directly communicating with clients in a professional, friendly manner. • Familiarity with CRM systems, including MyCrm, Infinity, Mercury or Similar • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Comfortable working under pressure and handling constructive feedback. • Familiar and comfortable with serviceability calculations and making recommendations
