• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to build a robust sales pipeline. • Identify key decision-makers and develop strategies to engage them effectively. • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to convert them into clients. • Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and results in our CRM system. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and initiatives. • Continuously learn about our products and services to confidently convey their value to prospects.
• A Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business-related disciplines or commensurate experience is required. • At least 2 years of experience in coldcalling / lead generation for IT staffing and professional services. • Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging approach. • Ability to research and identify potential clients and tailor outreach according to their needs. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while tracking progress. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. • Experience working with Western companies (preferred).
