âą Proactive Outreach: Execute a high volume of daily touchpoints (approx. 50 calls and 50 digital interactions via LinkedIn/Email) to build rapport and generate interest. âą Lead Conversion: Successfully schedule at least 25 qualified appointments per month for the AE team. âą Strategic Research: Conduct deep-dive prospect research and pre-call planning to ensure tailored, impactful conversations. âą Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce, ensuring the sales cycle remains fluid and lead data is accurate. âą Event Promotion: Drive engagement and attendance for webinars, live seminars, and industry conferences. âą Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and optimize the hand-off process.
âą Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. âą Tech Savvy: Proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce (or a similar CRM). âą Background: Previous experience in a high-volume cold-calling or call center environment is highly preferred. âą Direct experience as an SDR within the HR tech or software space is a significant plus. âą Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: âą Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. âą Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. âą Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. âą A functioning webcam. âą A noise-canceling USB headset. âą A quiet, dedicated home office space. âą Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
