• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets. • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to deliver tailored solutions. • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align strategies and maximize market impact. • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. • Mentor and support junior sales team members to foster growth and performance.
• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar role with a strong sales track record. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships. • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. • Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus. • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: • Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. • Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. • Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. • A functioning webcam. • A noise-canceling USB headset. • A quiet, dedicated home office space. • Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
