📋 Description

• Build a highly skilled, self-sufficient technical community within ANZ and ASEAN partner ecosystem • Act as the primary technical authority for a growing portfolio of partners • Champion the partner-led sales motion • Establish clear metrics for success and foster a culture of continuous learning • Document compelling use cases in blog posts • Engage with partners and support key opportunities by traveling up to 50% across ANZ and ASEAN

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role • Proven experience in a partner-facing or channel-focused technical role • Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and enable technical teams • Deep domain expertise with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security (SIEM, SOAR, Observability Platforms) • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • A proactive, programmatic mindset • Experience working remotely • Must live in Sydney (Preferred) or Melbourne.
