📋 Description

‱ Research and prospect new leads and convert into appointments with doctors ‱ Outbound calling and emailing potential clients, log appointments in CRM ‱ Respond to inbound communication with same targets ‱ Run discovery & demo calls; validate needs and outline solutions ‱ Convert discovery and demo calls into sales ‱ Improve customer experience and product knowledge ‱ Be involved in whole customer journey and work closely with Customer Success team, maintain relationships after onboarding ‱ Constantly strive to convert prospects into sales effectively

‱ A strong focus on meeting and exceeding business targets (KPI’s) ‱ Competitive attitude, highly motivated by financial rewards ‱ Integrity sales approach, based on filling needs and solving issues ‱ Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently ‱ Experience of selling in the North American market ‱ Strong hunter's character and customer-centric approach ‱ Ability to partner with stakeholders and take initiative ‱ Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, problem solving and customer service skills ‱ Self-starter and innovative thinker with minimal direction ‱ A university degree ‱ At least 3 years in sales (hands-on call centre experience with multiple sales techniques) ‱ B2B or SaaS experience required ‱ Ability to work diligently with data from various sources ‱ Comfortable in fast-paced dynamic environment ‱ Highly motivated and thirsty for learning ‱ Sold experience community business driven by referrals, ideally in medical/aesthetic/cosmetic field is a plus ‱ Proficient in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce..) ‱ Fluent in spoken and written English, plus at least one other Western European language ‱ Ability to follow process and maintain confidentiality
