• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat • Troubleshoot technical issues and respond professionally to inquiries • Ensure a positive customer experience • Document and track cases in internal systems • Contribute to a motivated and cooperative team
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2+) • Customer-focused with strong communication skills • Technically proficient with basic computer skills • Resident in Portugal • EU citizen or holder of a valid Portuguese residence permit
