📋 Description

• Act as a Travel Advisor • Help customers managing their bookings and problems/queries they may have • Provide general information about products and services available • Counselling customers regarding the companys services; • Find the best solution for your customers' needs

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German + English level (B2/C1) • Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 20 pm • Excellent listening and communication skills • Positive attitude and team spirit • Experience in customer service is preferable • For non-EU applicants, it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit/ hold an EU Passport
