• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing new subscriptions • Build and develop your own portfolio of potential customers within the German market • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outreach channels • Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day • Qualify leads and identify business opportunities • Deliver online product demonstrations and presentations • Guide customers through the free trial process • Negotiate and close subscription agreements • Hand over new customers to the Customer Experience team after a successful sale • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline • Meet and exceed KPIs related to outbound activity, demos, conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
• Native or bilingual German • Fluent English (spoken and written) • 1–6 years of sales experience in roles such as: Account Executive, Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Telesales, Outbound Sales, Call Centre Sales • Previous cold-calling experience is mandatory • Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls daily • Strong closing and negotiation skills • Results-driven with a KPI-focused mindset • Experience managing the full sales cycle is highly desirable • Must already be legally residing in Spain • Availability to work with flexibility aligned to the US time zone when required
