📋 Description
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. • Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer requests. • Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a positive experience. • Collaborate with the team and follow company guidelines.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent German (written and spoken) & good English skills. • EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate). • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • No prior experience required – entry-level position. • Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
