• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional, accurate, and timely responses • Assist customers with product-related questions, issues, and troubleshooting • Provide technical support when necessary and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate departments • Maintain customer records and document interactions in the CRM system • Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets • Contribute to continuous improvement in customer service processes and workflows
• Native or fluent in Italian; proficiency in English (B2 or higher) • Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism • No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided • Basic computer skills and ability to work with customer service tools and software • A team player with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
