📋 Description
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Assist customers with product-related questions and technical issues • Resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate teams • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system • Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and performance metrics • Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues
