📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls and emails about mobile and fibre internet services • Help customers with invoices, payments, orders, roaming and connection issues • Offer additional services and contract renewals through cross-selling and upselling • Handle retention calls and help customers stay with the service • Document customer interactions accurately • Support customers of a leading telecommunications provider in German

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C1-level German • B2-level English for training and internal communication • Experience in customer service, technical support or sales is a strong plus • Good computer skills and familiarity with mobile devices • Right to work in the EU • Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 08:00 and 00:00, with occasional weekend shifts • No night shifts
