📋 Description
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers • Answer customer questions • Ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience • Support customers of a leading European online fashion and beauty retailer • Work with an international customer support team based in Chania, Crete
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level Danish • EU citizenship or a valid work and residence permit • Minimum 12 years of education • Customer service, retail or e-commerce experience is a plus • Availability to work on bank holidays

• Remote position, connected to a vibrant team in Chania, Greece • Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (1–2 per month) • Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00 — no night shifts • Accommodation bonus for the first working year • Relocation support • 4-day nesting period and an 8-week learning curve • Peak season training opportunities (Black Friday, Christmas, Summer)
