📋 Description
• Support customers after purchase via email, chat and phone • Resolve delivery delays, missing or damaged items and exchanges • Handle back-office tasks to keep operations running smoothly • Work with 3–5 internal and external tools • Reply to customers on social media for some markets • Work Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts • Work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, with no night shifts
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent Dutch • C1-level English • Excellent written communication skills • Good PC skills, including MS Office • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute • Strong multitasking skills • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required • Right to work in the EU
