• Owns the growth and retention of existing accounts • Develops and executes a comprehensive business plan for each account • Owns the renewal forecast, negotiation, and close • Coordinates with internal stakeholders • Accountable for accurate forecasting and revenue retention • Promotes CrowdStrike’s products and publicizes success stories • Provides customer feedback to internal stakeholders

• Holds expert-level experience • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer's decision-making process • Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills • Complete, big-picture understanding of the business and technical contexts • Driven, self-starter who exudes leadership • Fully adept at consultative effectiveness • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies
